Procedures and conditions for an Egyptian marriage with a Jordanian woman As stipulated by the real estate registry instructions:-

1 - Submitting a celibacy argument from the Qadi Al-Qadi from the Shari’a Court in Amman.

 – 2 To have a valid passport and valid residence.

3 bring a number (5A personal photo with a white background.

4 Bring a health certificate for marriage from a government hospital, to ensure that it is free of diseases.

– 5 The wife brought the marriage approval from her embassy in Egypt with the following:

(Name - Nationality - Religion - Address - Profession - Marital Status)

• If it is a miss, write a woman who has never been married
• If she is a widow, write a widow and her husband died on her …………
• If she is divorced, a divorced woman writes a final divorce issued by a court ………. On the day ……….and it must be written that the divorce is final.

The last and most important statement is to write that the embassy has no objection to her marriage.

This certificate is attested by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Important note:-

• If she wants to marry a woman, the approval for marriage can be obtained from her country in Egypt with the approval of the papers from the Egyptian embassy or consulate in her country, and then the foreign ministry of her country if the approval is obtained from her country.
• If she wishes to marry a divorced or widow, she must bring the marriage approval from the embassy of her country in Egypt with

Bring the original divorce decree or the original death certificate approved by the foreign ministry of its country and the embassy

Egyptian there.

Important note:-–

• Some of these countries only allow marriage to one wife only, such as European countries.
• Some of these countries require that the husband be single, that is, he has never been married before, in order for her to be granted citizenship

Marriage approval and sometimes, in the case of another wife, she asks for her consent to marry her husband to a wife
